Seated Cardio Workout

In this video, we’ll be going through some great seated cardio routines that you can try in your own home.

Cardio fitness is a great way to keep your heart healthy, your arms and legs strong and your breathing balanced.

 By doing regular cardio exercises a few times a week you’ll be improving your body’s ability to handle everyday tasks like walking, climbing stairs or swimming!

For this session, our workout will be done in a seated position which is great for accommodating possible leg, knee or back limitations or if you just prefer a lower impact style of cardio.

Seated cardio will still give you a great workout because we are still using our limbs and core to move even while seated. This will get your heart rate up to a healthy pace so that you gain the benefits of your movements.

As always, only perform movements that you feel comfortable with and feel free to take breaks at any time during the workout. Never push your body to a point where you feel discomfort.

Also, don’t forget to drink lots of water during your session and remember to have fun!
