Don’t let the “beginner level” fool you! This is a great cardio routine for anyone looking to get a cardio burn in while in a seated position and is sure to get your heart rate up and blood pumping:).

This is a full body exercise and is meant to challenge you both physically and mentally as well. For those who are just starting out, try to incorporate this cardio routine at least twice a week. For those who are more advanced, use this as a great warm up to your daily workouts to get going.

Seated cardio workouts are one of our favorites and we hope you enjoy this one as well! Remember to keep water close by and only do movements that you feel are comfortable for you and avoid any pain or discomfort.
