In this exercise video Meredith is taking you through a great seated cardio boxing routine perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a low impact style workout.

Boxing is a great exercise to get your heart rate up, get your muscles working and maintain flexibility. “Shadow boxing” has been known to have many benefits and in this workout, all movements are done seated to keep any pressure off your lower body.

But don’t be fooled! This is a total body workout as you will be incorporating both you upper and lower body to combine for a great burn. If you’d like to add some intensity, add some light weights to your grip or try this workout all standing.

Remember to keep water close by and only do movements that are comfortable for you. Keeping moving is the name of the game and we want to keep you coming back for more:)
