Seated And Standing Full Body Workout With Weights | Intermediate Level | 45 Min


In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a refreshing full body workout using weights that benefits from both sitting and standing positions.

This is an intermediate level routine and incorporates all areas of the upper and lower body as well as core. Utilizing the body’s position in both a standing and seated position, Meredith uses light weights to add extra resistance to every move which helps give you a more beneficial workout.

If done correctly, adding weights to most workout routines is a great way to add more challenge and benefit from your movements. Being that this is an intermediate level workout it is a good idea to be familiar with the weights you will be using (substitute with water bottles, lighter weight of cans of soup) and we recommend watching the “preview” at the beginning of the video to get an idea of what you will be doing.

As always keep your water close by, never force any movements that cause you pain or discomfort and remember to have fun:)
