Seated Air Ball (Playground Ball) Workout For Beginners And Seniors | 25 Min


In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an all seated, beginner level air ball or “playground ball” exercise routine.

The air ball is a great piece of equipment to use during a workout because it can be cheaply purchased from and department store, provides a small amount of resistance and can be held in one hand. If you don’t have an air ball you can always substitute using a small pillow as well.

In this workout you’ll be working the full body, don’t let the seated part fool you as you will feel resistance in your upper body, lower body and core. This routine is designed to challenge all areas of your body yet keep you balanced in the seated position so you can concentrate on your movements.

This is a beginner level workout and is designed to give you an introduction into the many benefits that exercising with an air ball can provide.

Remember to keep your water close by and only do movements that you are comfortable, never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort.
