Sciatica pain or back pain is a common problem many people have especially as we age. Without proper care like stretching etc. on a regular basis, sciatica can become a bigger issue for your mobility and ultimately leave you inactive and suffering from constant pain. The stretches in this exercise video are designed to help relieve pain in a relaxing laying down position which you can do on a comfortable mat on the floor or on your bed.
Make sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Go at your own pace and take breaks when you need to.
