Resistance Bands Workout For Seniors | Livestream Class


This week we will be doing a resistance band workout. We will start with a cardio warm-up, then do a full body standing and seated resistance band session, with a long band and a circle band!

Remember all can be modified to stay seated and just do range of motion.

You will need your resistance bands(long and circle), a chair, and your water.
