Resistance Bands And Dumbbells Strength Training Workout For Seniors | Livestream Class


This Livestream will be resistance bands and dumbbells workout!

We will start with a short cardio warm-up, then do some standing and seated dumbbell and band work. All of this followed by a seated stretch.

You will need your dumbbells, long band, chair, and water.

Remember all can be modified to seated, and just range of motion.
