Suffering from hip pain can be a big problem when it comes to staying active. Dealing with this kind of pain can sideline you and keep you from exercising on a regular basis. Luckily there are some things we can do to help reduce this pain so that we are able to exercise to the best of our ability and stay active.
This is why stretching and taking proactive steps to keep your hips (and other areas) in good health is so important. We want to keep you in the game and active no matter what challenges you may have.
If you are dealing with hip pain or know of someone who is, we invite you to try these useful stretches. They can be done laying on the floor or on a comfortable surface of your choice (Bed, couch etc). Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and always keep your water close by.
