Hip pain is a common issue for many people and can worsen as we age. If left untreated, it can cause us to slowly become less mobile and keep us from living active and healthy lives. Making sure we tend to keeping our bodies healthy and our hips are ready for exercise is very important.
This exercise video uses a gentle seated position to allow you to perform safe, deep stretches that focus on benefiting your hips, keeping them flexible and relaxed.
This is a beginner session but can be done by anyone who may be dealing with hip pain on a regular basis. As always only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that will cause pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great stretch!
