In this exercise video Meredith guides you through an all seated, upper body and core resistance bands workout perfect for beginners or any level of fitness.

Resistance bands workouts (See our best resistance bands recommendations here) are a great way to add strength training to almost any exercise. They are safe, effective and can be easily performed just about anywhere. We love using bands to help build strength and in this video we are using the seated position as our base for those who prefer seated routines.

This is an all upper body and core workout meant to add strength and stability to those areas. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
