Combining movements that help build strength with cardio style exercises is a great way to give your body the best of both worlds when it comes to fitness. You will work both your upper body and lower body muscles as well as focus on your core strength.
This is and intermediate workout so make sure you preview this video in full before attempting to complete. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
