Low impact cardio workouts are some of our favorite routines. They are a great way to raise your heart rate in a safe manner and are easier on your joints and muscles. This is a full body routine designed to work all aspects of your strength, stability and balance as well.

This is an intermediate level workout so be sure to preview this video before partaking in it if you are unsure of your physical level. Remember to take breaks if you need to and only do movements that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
