Posture, Balance, & Stretch Workout Class For Seniors | Livestream

This will be a seated and standing workout, which can all be modified to stay seated if preferred or needed.

We will start seated for posture, ROM, core, and stretching. Then we’ll transition to standing for more posture and balance work. We’ll then transition back to seated for more stretch and breath work.

All you need is your sturdy comfortable chair and your water to participate:)
