This week we are discussing the idea of brain fog… what is it and does it mean bigger issues lie waiting?
We all struggle with remembering things no matter what age we are. Forgetting names, places, items like car keys etc, all happen to everyone. But just because we experience these kind of forgetful moments or what we sometimes call “brain fog” does that mean we are losing our memories?
Not necessarily. Being forgetful doesn’t mean we are losing our minds… it means we were just forgetful in most cases and it can be easily classified as brain fog.
