In today’s world yoga has become much more accepted as a form of exercise and is seen as another great way to strengthen your body and mind.

For our senior generation, there is really no better time than now to try yoga. There are moves and modifications to traditional poses that are specifically designed to feel comfortable for seniors, even if you are seated.

If you’ve ever been curious about what all the hype is about or are just wanting to try something new then this episode is for you.

In This Podcast You Will Learn:

2). Why practicing yoga correctly has the ability to relax your body as well as provide strengthening and cardio all in one.
3). How yoga can benefit our senior generation (ages 65+) in the same way that younger generations benefit but by using more focused poses and routines specifically tailored to this age group.
