Podcast 221 – Is There A Perfect Pinnacle To Fitness?

We receive many comments and questions about what is the perfect workout to do each week. This of course is different for everyone and is open to interpretations but it did get us wondering if there is such a thing as the “Pinnacle of Fitness”?

5). How remembering what your physical abilities were when you were younger is very common but shouldn’t be used as a benchmark as to what you should be able to do in your later years.
