We are heading into Thanksgiving for this episode and taking a moment to talk about why it’s important to be thankful for the fitness accomplishments you achieved this year.
It may seem like a “no-brainer” to appreciate what you have accomplished but most of us rarely look back and take a moment to really relish in the hard work you’ve put in and the goals you’ve reached. Even if you feel like you didn’t accomplish what you had hoped, it’s still important to “pat yourself on the back” and be proud of your work:)
