We all look at movie stars and sometimes wonder what it would be like to look like them. Action heroes, models, perfect looking features… they all seem to be effortless. But is it real? It can be confusing and possibly un-healthy to chase a look that isn’t realistic 100% of the time.

2). How the image of movie stars has changed over the years and how social media has added to the pressures of self image today which can be un-healthy if taken literally.
3). The steps movie stars, body builders etc. take to get to the extreme look of a very muscular and/or “ripped physique to either look good on camera or compete in a body building competition.
4). How attainable and realistic is the movie star look and is it possible to strive for this perfection and still live a normal, happy and healthy life.
5). Why the most important thing to remember is to strive to be the best YOU and to focus on a balance between living healthy but also living happy. We don’t have to look like move stars to live our best lives:)
