But are we only targeting our videos towards seniors?
We often get a lot of comments and emails from some amazing people who give us feedback on how our videos are helping them. We are fortunate to know that they cover all age ranges and abilities as well. We are labeled “Senior Fitness” but in reality our exercises can be helpful to anyone looking to stay active and physical no matter what level of fitness they are.
