“Today I will not stress over things I can’t control.”
This week’s motivation is dealing with stress! An unfortunate part of life that we all face and deal with, some better than others. We know it is an inevitable fact of life, to have stress, but how we deal with it is what matters. Learning to be okay with not controlling things is a necessary part of it. And realizing there are so many things we have no control over, and that is okay!
