In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an all standing, no squats, no hops, no floor HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using dumbbells for added resistance.
Our No Squats! No Hops! and No Floor! routines are great for anyone that prefers to exercise without doing hops, squats or floor work. This series shows that you can still get a great workout in with alternate movements. This routine also utilizes *optional 2 different dumbbell weights for added variety between movements. However you can still use a single weight is preferred or just range of motion excluding weights.
This is and advanced workout so be sure to preview the movements before you begin if you are unsure of your fitness level. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
