This workout is part of our popular “No Squats, No Hops, No Floor” series which means all movements are designed for safety and minimal impact on your joints and muscles.
HIIT exercises are a great way to build up your cardiovascular health as it uses short periods of intense exercise followed short periods of rest. This kind of activity is great for blood flow and breathing work. This routine is also incorporating resistance bands for additional strength building during the movements which also is an added benefit.
