This month’s Livestream will be a Standing and Seated HIIT Workout: No Squats, No Hops, No Floor!
We will start with a short cardio warm-up. We will then do our standing HIIT workout. Next, we transition to seated for our seated HIIT workout, followed by a wonderful stretch!
Optional light dumbbells or wrist weights can be used! You will need your sturdy comfortable chair, and your water.
