In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an advanced level, HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using optional dumbbells and ankle weights for added resistance.

HIIT style workouts are a great way to both build up your cardiovascular system and build strength at the same time. Combining the best of both worlds in resistance and cardio, HIIT workouts are great if you want to do a full body routine and combine both strength and cardio training into one.

This is an advanced level routine so make sure you preview the workout before you begin. All moves can be modified to seated and weights in this video are optional.

Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
