“No Squats!” Lower Body Standing Workout For Seniors And Beginners | 15 Min

In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow beginner level, lower body workout without doing any squats or using any equipment.

Lower body training is a great way to keep your balance and stability healthy. Incorporating exercises that focus on strengthening your hips, calves, hamstrings and quadriceps are important to maintaining overall strength when doing everyday activities.

This is a “No Squats” routine which helps keep your knees safe if you are dealing with knee issues. There are still many movements and exercises that we can do to keep our lower bodies healthy even with challenges.

As always only do movements that you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
