Today’s Livestream will be a Cardio, Strength, & Abs(No Floor, No Squats, No Hops!) Workout!
We will start with a short cardio warm-up. We will then stand and sit for HIIT style cardio and strength training. All ending with abdominal work, and a great stretch!
You will need light(or wrist weights) and heavier weights. Water bottles, soup cans, or other household items can be substituted for dumbbells if you do not have any; or just do ROM. Also, remember all can be modified to seated.
