In this exercise video Meredith is taking you through a great seated, all lower body resistance bands workout.
Resistance bands are a great way to add tension to your movements which help you build strength in your muscles. Just a little resistance can go a long way. For this routine we are seated and concentrating on lower body areas.
This includes things, hips, calves, hamstrings and yes even some back and core. This is a beginner level workout so it’s perfect for anyone who is looking to start out using resistance bands or can also serve as a great warm up to a more advanced student. Whatever level you feel comfortable at, this routine will benefit you.
As always only do movements that you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes you discomfort. Go at your own speed:)
