Low Impact Walking At Home Workout For Seniors (With Core Exercises) | Livestream Class

Join us for our livestream workout class!

We will be “walking” together for 30 minutes, along with other fun cardio moves.

It will be about 2 miles! We will then sit for a strong core workout, and a good stretch.

Remember all can be modified to stay seated.

You will need a chair and your water, and a weight for the core portion.
