This month’s Livestream is an Interval Walking Training Cardio Workout.
We will be doing a 30 minute walking cardio workout, which will be done with a timer interval style. 1 minute of a push, with arm movements; 30 seconds recovery with a regular paced walk.
After our walk, we will sit for core and abdominal exercises, followed by an amazing stretch.
Remember all can be modified to seated. To join us, you will need a sturdy chair and water.
