Low Impact Cardio Walking Exercises And Seated Abs Workout | Livestream Class


Today’s Livestream will be a walking and cardio workout!

Followed by seated abdominal work and a great stretch to end. We will also be using wrist weights for today’s session which are always optional or you can substitute using light dumbbells or water bottles.

You will need your chair and water and remember that all can be modified to seated.
