This Livestream is a Low Impact Cardio Walk Workout with Seated Core & Abs, & Stretch.

We’ll start with our standing cardio walk, then transition to seated for a great ab and core workout. We will then end it all with a relaxing full body seated stretch!

You will need your sturdy comfortable chair and your water.

Remember all can be modified to seated and only do movements that you are comfortable with.
