In this workout, Meredith is taking you through a great low impact cardio boxing routine designed for you to do right at home! No equipment needed, just some motivation to get a great workout in!
If you are new to boxing but have always wanted to try it then this workout is just for you. Now we aren’t actually “hitting” anything but Meredith is taking you through the base movements that make up boxing. In ding so, you get a solid cardio workout that works your whole body, both upper and lower extremities all while keeping your heart rate up.
This is an intermediate level workout but you can always modify these movements to your comfort level as well. You can always perform these movements seated if you feel more comfortable in that position. The important aspect of this workout is to keep your arms moving and your heart rate up for a little while.
Remember to always keep water close by and take breaks when you need to. We hope you find this workout to be fun and that it makes you feel great afterward.
