In this fun and energizing livestream class Meredith leads you through a great low impact cardio, boxing & core/abs routine!
Low impact cardio is a great way to work your cardiovascular system and doing “shadow boxing” moves to get that cardio work in makes it fun and rewarding all at the same time. All movements can also be modified to seating as well. We then finish up with the perfect core and abs toning routine rounding out our complete body workout.
Remember to only do moves that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
