In this video we are going through some great seated resistance band routines that you can try at home comfortably.
Resistance bands are a great tool to use when you’re looking to strengthen muscles in all areas of your body. We are seated in this workout which also helps take the strain off your legs and back while you train.
For these routines, we are utilizing a looped resistance band. If you already have a band, you can make your own loop by tieing one end to the other tightly. You can also purchase a band that is already looped as well.
Using the looped band, we are going through workouts that train both your upper body and lower body. From arms, shoulders, core, back and even legs. All seated.
As with all of our workouts, only do what you feel comfortable with and never force movements that may not work for you and your body. Also, make sure you choose a resistance band weight that works for you as they come in different weights and sizes.
Make sure to watch your posture, stay tall and firm, and don’t forget to have fun!
