LIVESTREAM – Workout Class With Low Impact Cardio, Weights and Stretching Cool Down

We will be doing a full, All Over Strong, workout again! This week’s Livestream workout will be all standing work with a seated stretch.

We will start with our cardio work. Followed by weight training. Ending with a nice relaxing stretch to finish our workout.

Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion or all seated if needed.

You will need a chair, weights or other resistance objects, and your water.

Get ready for a full body, cardio and weights workout!
