A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout will be done. A cardio movement, followed by a lower body, then an upper body movement. Each for a specified amount of time with a small break between each movement.
I will be standing for the workout and using different sized weights, and a helper will be doing the modified version seated holding water bottles as weights.
It is sure to get the heart rate up, the blood pumping, and the fat burning!!
