This week’s Livestream workout will be cardio, and standing and seated HIIT with weights.
We will start with our cardio, adding some boxing moves this week. Then we will do standing and seated HIIT work with weights or other resistance.
Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion and all seated if needed.
You will need a chair and your water, and dumbbells or other resistance.
This will be another great All Over Strong workout.
