We will be doing a full, All Over Strong, workout again! We will start with 15-20 minutes of cardio. That will be followed by a full body resistance band workout, then a great stretch at the end.
Lots of standing, resistance band work standing and seated, and seated stretching! Remember, it can all be modified to seated if needed. And just doing range of motion if necessary.
