This week’s Livestream workout will be standing and seated.
We will start with a long cardio workout, with the option of holding light dumbbells or resistance.
Followed by a seated stretch, posture, and core workout. A stretching strap or long towel can be used.
Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion and all seated if needed.
You will need a chair, your water, and optional long towel or strap and light dumbbells or other resistance.
This will be a great workout to bring up the heart rate and lung capacity, and bring it down and stretch out all the hard work we have been doing!
