LIVESTREAM – Full Body Workout With Resistance Bands And Playground Ball

This week’s Livestream workout will start with a quick cardio warm-up. We will then stand and sit to work with the air ball/playground ball and resistance bands.

Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion and all seated if needed.

You will need a chair and your water, and an air ball(or small pillow) and your  resistance bands.

This will be another great All Over Strong workout!
