This week’s Livestream workout will be cardio, core, and balance work.
We will start with our cardio. Then we will do seated and standing balance and core work.
Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion and all seated if needed.
You will need a chair and your water, and optional light dumbbells for the cardio and core portions.
This will be another great All Over Strong workout!
