For this workout routine, Meredith is taking you through a full body “All Over Strong” extended session designed to focus on your whole body.
This routine is using weights for resistance, light dumbbells but you can substitute using water bottles or cans of soup if you don’t have any weights.
The “All Over Stong” workout routines are meant to work your whole body by strengthening both your upper and lower areas. They are meant to help you build strength, gain stability and add flexibility to areas and muscles that we use the most throughout the day.
As always remember to bring lots of water to this workout and never do any movements that cause you any pain or discomfort.
