This week’s Livestream workout will be a standing and seated full body workout with weights.
We will start with our cardio warm-up. Then we will do seated and standing resistance training using hand weights and optional ankle weights.
Remember, it can all be modified doing range of motion and all seated if needed.
You will need a set of dumbbells or other resistance, optional ankle weights, a chair, and your water.
This will be another great All Over Strong workout!
