This week’s Livestream is a Posture, Balance, & Stretch class! No equipment needed, just yourself, a chair, and some water!
We will start seated to work range of motion and seated strengthening. Some standing balance work with the assistance of something to hold onto. Remember to always have a sturdy chair, couch, or corner of a table if you need something to hold while balancing. The more confident you feel in your movements, the better your workout will be.
Towards the end of our exercises, we will follow up by sitting for final stretches and core work.
This will be a nice relaxing workout, feeling the body lengthen and strengthen and grow stronger.
