Stretching LiveStream workout: We did a slow-paced stretching workout, working the entire body. Starting with our breath, we focus on the work we are getting ready to do. Then range of motion and stretches for the entire body, upper body, lower body, and tension relaxation.
This is a workout that can be done daily, in addition to your other workouts. It gets range of motion in the body, and gets it ready for the ADL’s (activities of daily living) needed to get through our days.
