Livestream – At Home Full Body Resistance Bands Workout with Cardio Warm Up

Standing cardiovascular warm-up, followed by standing light stretches. We then will do a few upper body standing band work movements, focusing on the chest and back areas.

Then, in our sturdy chair, we will give the upper body a break and focus on the lower body. That will be followed by a seated upper and lower body, as well as core work. All of this followed by a nice stretch! Enjoy!
