In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow knee strengthening workout designed to build up muscle and flexibility in your knees.

Knee issues are very common for most people especially as we age and this is a perfect workout for anyone who has knee pain and/or needs to build up strength in their knees. This is a beginner level exercise and is all seated which makes it easy for anyone to try. The seated position is designed to take any strain of of your knees while exercising keeping you safe and injury free.

This workout also uses an *optional circle/looped resistance band for added resistance however you don’t need one to participate. Just following along using your range of motion which will allow you to benefit from this workout as well.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
