Your agility level and balance are important when it comes to everyday activities (not just pickleball). We use our balance in almost everything we do and our agility helps us with things like going up stairs, getting in and out of chairs, balancing an arm full of groceries and much more! This exercise is designed to help build up these areas as well as contribute to the movements you use during a pickleball match.
