HIIT Workout For Seniors Standing And Seated | Senior Fitness Livestream


This week’s Livestream workout will start with a short low impact cardio warm-up then follow into a HIIT style workout: High Intensity Interval Training! Great for burning fat, building up your strength and cardiovascular system.

We will be doing a standing HIIT and a then a seated HIIT routine. All you will need is a sturdy chair and some water and some optional light resistance.
